No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our workshop is in Mildenhall, about twenty miles away, and we post to Cambridge addresses on a next working day service.
How long does delivery to Cambridge take?
Most orders arrive the next working day after dispatch on a tracked service. The printing itself takes two to three working days from payment before that.
Can I collect instead of paying for postage?
Yes, free from our Mildenhall workshop if you are passing. Choose Collect in the quote tool and we will message you when the parts are ready.
What does a part cost?
Twelve to thirty pounds for a typical small functional part in PETG, with no minimum order. The quote tool prices your file before you commit to anything.
Do you work with labs and research groups?
Yes. Jigs, fixtures, enclosures, adaptors and one-off fittings. We can invoice on terms for departments that need a purchase order rather than a card payment.
What if I do not have a file?
Send photographs and measurements and we will draw it. For a broken part, posting us the original gives the most accurate result, and we send it back with the new one.
